This HPP Series course provides an online Sexual Harassment Training and Professional Behavior Training for all UT Residents, Fellows, UT Administrative Staff, and UT Paid Faculty. The course will be led by Michael Alston, EdD, Associate Vice Chancellor for Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity and Chief Diversity Office, University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, TN. This HPP Series: 11-8-2022 Sexual Harassment Training and Professional Behavior course is designed to provide UT Residents, Fellows, UT Administrative Staff, and UT Paid Faculty with the necessary knowledge and skills to prevent and respond to sexual harassment in the workplace. Additionally, the course will provide guidance on how to maintain professional behavior in the workplace. Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of creating a safe and respectful work environment and will be equipped with the tools to do so.
