Knowledgeable course: Users found the course to be highly informative and helpful in gaining knowledge about Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Relationship Management. Enriching learning experience: Users enjoyed all four levels of the course and found it to be an enriching experience that helped them recognize innate qualities about themselves and understand others from their perspective.

Outdated form of presentation: Some users mentioned that the course uses a narration and flat slides, which they found to be outdated and lacking emotional presence. This made the course less engaging, which they found ironic given the subject matter of emotional intelligence. Lack of emotional engagement: Users felt that the course lacked emotional engagement, which was expected considering the topic.
