This new course, "Complete Guide to Substance Painter 2022", is designed to teach beginners the fundamentals of texturing in Substance Painter. With over 10+ hours of content, students will be guided through the complete process of learning Substance Painter, from the basics of the Viewport UI to creating their own Smart Materials. All the resources files required to complete the course, including Models, Substance Painter Files, Textures, and Alphas, will be provided.

Throughout the course, students will learn about the various tools and functions in Substance Painter, as well as how to create materials, masks, and effects. They will also work on three complete projects, texturing a Fire Extinguisher, Drill Machine, and Wooden Table. Additionally, they will learn how to create real-life materials such as Painted Metal, Plastic, Iron, Rubber, and Glass, as well as how to add stickers/decals to their models. Finally, they will learn how to export textures from Substance Painter to Blender/Unreal Engine.

Students will need a copy of Substance Painter to take the course. If they do not have Substance Painter, they can get an Educational License if they are a student, or they can get a trial version for 30 days to try it out before buying.
