This course provides an overview of project scheduling using the Critical Path Method. Ed March, Co-Director of the MEM Program at Dartmouth, will illustrate the use of the early start Gantt Chart with the Backward Pass Method. Participants will learn about Total Slack and Critical Path Activities of the Gantt Chart, as well as additional Gantt Chart functions, including Bottom-Up Budgeting and Staffing Profiles. By the end of the course, participants will have a better understanding of project scheduling and the Critical Path Method.
